Aerobic / Pilates

Aerobic classes help you lose weight, relax and boost your immune system by combining rhymed movement with music. All the functions of your body will improve; you get a better coordination, become more resilient and healthier. The aerobic will also develop your cardio-respiratory resistance.

  • I.F.W.S.A. (International Fitness Wellness and Spa Association) certification for Professional Personal Trainer

Description: energetic, happy, warm and optimistic

Body Tone

Fitness equipment is used during this aerobic class for intense muscle training. After a few warm-up exercises, a series of power training exercises will follow using its own body weight or using various equipment like dumbbells, bars or steppers. This kind of exercises will work on your major muscle groups. Body Tone classes will help you improve muscle tone and your body will better adapt to sustained effort in general.

Fitball

An aerobics class where both dynamic and static exercises are performed on or with a special ball called Fitball.

Benefits:

  • fortified muscles, especially back and abdominal muscles
  • improved balance, stability and coordination
  • the balls take over a part of your body weight and dampen shocks so this class is good for every age
  • it is an excellent way to burn body fat. The exercises are very efficient and easy to perform as the ball offer partial support for your lower body, while your upper body will be able to train more and reach 60-70% of the maximal cardiac frequency
  • less stress for ankle and knee joints as one third of your body weight is supported by the ball
Pilates

This type of exercises is good for body and mind at the same time. They help you improve your flexibility, your strength, your posture and also help you alleviate your stress. The movements involved are precise therefore you will be able to control your breath rhythm. Pilates is good for everyone as it is safe and put no stress on your joints and back.
